WHAT YOU'RE GETTING:

• High-resolution PNG file (300 DPI or higher).

• Watermark-free digital artwork, ready for your next project.

• Perfect for sublimation, DTF transfers, screen printing, and other creative applications.

• Files suitable for printing at home or through your preferred printing service, subject to licensing requirements.

• Instant digital download or Google Drive access, depending on the listing.

IMPORTANT: These are PNG files, NOT SVG cutting files. Please double-check that the file format works for your intended project before purchasing. We love creativity, but we can't make a PNG magically become an SVG.

HOW YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR FILES:

INSTANT DOWNLOAD: Your files will be available to download after payment confirmation. No waiting around for the mail carrier.

GOOGLE DRIVE ACCESS: If your purchase requires Google Drive access, you will be added within 24 business hours of confirmed payment.

All purchased files will be provided without watermarks.

ZIP FILES: Some downloads may arrive in a ZIP folder. Simply unzip the folder to access your images. A few extra clicks, nothing dramatic.

WHAT YOU CAN DO (THE FUN STUFF):

Your purchased artwork may be used to create finished physical products, including:

• T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel.

• Tumblers, mugs, and cups.

• Bags, decals, and stickers.

• Other finished physical products for personal use or permitted commercial sale.

A LITTLE CREATIVE FLEXIBILITY:

• Single-color designs may be changed to another single color.

• Designs may be placed on tumblers with patterned backgrounds.

That's it for permitted alterations. We already did the designing, so you can focus on making fabulous products.

THE FINE PRINT (AKA DON'T BE THAT PERSON):

We love supporting other creatives and small businesses, but let's establish a few boundaries.

• NO RESELLING DIGITAL FILES. You may not resell our artwork as a digital download, whether individually, in bundles, or as part of another digital product. You purchased the design, not the rights to open a competing digital shop.

• NO SHARING OR REDISTRIBUTING. Your purchase is for YOU. Not your bestie, your Facebook group, your group chat, or everyone who asks where you got it.

• NO ALTERING OR REPURPOSING. You may not modify our artwork or incorporate it into new digital designs. The only exceptions are the single-color changes and tumbler backgrounds specifically permitted above.

• NO GROUP PURCHASES. Splitting the cost with five friends doesn't magically give five people a license. Nice try, though.

• NO FILE DUMPING. Uploading our artwork to shared drives, Facebook groups, or file-sharing websites is prohibited. Private groups aren't a magical loophole.

• NO CLAIMING OUR ARTWORK AS YOUR OWN. Purchasing a design doesn't mean you created it. We appreciate the enthusiasm, but credit belongs where it's due.

AND PLEASE, WATERMARK YOUR WORK!

By purchasing, you agree to use a watermark when sharing or displaying our artwork online to help prevent unauthorized use.

Because apparently, some people still think screenshotting someone else's hard work counts as creativity.

COMMERCIAL LICENSING — YES, THIS PART IS IMPORTANT:

ATTENTION PRINTERS AND PHYSICAL PRODUCT SELLERS!

If you are a printer selling physical copies of 138 Design Co. artwork, A COMMERCIAL PRINTING LICENSE IS REQUIRED.

We offer two licensing options:

• Single-Design License: Covers one specific design.

• One-Time Lifetime License: Provides ongoing coverage according to the terms of the lifetime license.

Purchasing the digital artwork does NOT automatically include the additional commercial printing license.

We fully support small businesses making money. We also believe the artists creating the designs deserve to be compensated. Revolutionary concept, right?

A FEW FINAL DETAILS:

• DIGITAL PRODUCT ONLY: No physical items will be shipped. Yes, we're mentioning it again.

• FILE FORMAT: PNG at 300 DPI or higher. Not SVG.

• COLOR DISCLAIMER: Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, printer, and materials. Unfortunately, we don't control your monitor or printer.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available, except where required by applicable law.

• ARTWORK OWNERSHIP: All original artwork remains the intellectual property of 138 Design Co. Your purchase grants permission to use the artwork under these terms, not ownership of the original design.
