Turn around Time:

Turn around time is 10-14 business days, holidays and weekends do not count toward business days. 

The exception to the turn around time is only applicable to Ready To Ship (RTS), Live Sales, and rush orders that a rush fee has been applied too. 

RTS Orders will ship within 1-2 business days (holidays and weekends do not count toward business days)

Live Sale Orders will ship within 1-2 business days if shirt was in stock during the sale. If the shirt was not in stock the standard turn around time will apply

Rush Orders will shipped based on the rush order days selected, weekends and holidays do not count toward turn business days.

Shipping days do not count toward turn around time. Please take into account shipping times in addition to turn around/production time.
