When placing your order, PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR CART NOTES:

• YOUR CUSTOM REQUEST: Tell us exactly what you're envisioning! Colors, wording, design details, and any other important information. The more details, the better.

• YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS: We need a reliable way to contact you and send your custom design mockup for approval before printing.

IMPORTANT: YOUR DESIGN MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE WE PRINT!

We'll email your mockup for review so you can make sure everything looks exactly how you want it.

NO CONTACT INFORMATION = NO APPROVAL = NO ORDER.

If we're unable to contact you for design approval, your order will have to be canceled.

We'd love to create your dream design, but playing detective to find your email address isn't included in the purchase price. 😉

📦 PROCESSING & SHIPPING — GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME

Our current processing time is 10–14 BUSINESS DAYS.

This is the time needed to create and prepare your order and DOES NOT include shipping transit time.

A few friendly reminders:

• Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, excluding holidays. Weekends don't count, no matter how badly you want your new shirt.

• SHIPPING: We offer shipping! Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. Unfortunately, we don't personally drive the delivery truck.

• LOCAL PICK-UP: Prefer to pick up your order? Perfect! You'll receive a notification when it's ready. Please wait for that notification before stopping by.

Custom orders take time, and we're not sacrificing quality just because patience isn't trending.

• Soft, high-quality fabrics for comfortable everyday wear.

• Commercial-grade screen printing or DTF transfers for professional-quality designs.

• T-SHIRTS: Typically District or Milltex brands.

• SWEATSHIRTS: Typically unisex Gildan or Jerzees brands.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS — DON'T RUIN YOUR NEW FAVORITE SHIRT

We put the work into making your apparel look fabulous. Here's how to keep it that way:

• WASH INSIDE OUT with cold water and mild detergent.

• HANG TO DRY for best results, or tumble dry on low while inside out.

• NO BLEACH. We're keeping the design, not trying to erase it.

• NO FABRIC SOFTENER. Your shirt is already soft enough, promise.

• NO IRONING DIRECTLY ON THE DESIGN. Melted graphics aren't exactly the aesthetic we're going for.

Treat your apparel with a little love. Your washing machine doesn't need to become its villain origin story.

• COLOR VARIATIONS: Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. We make cute apparel, not monitor miracles.

• PHOTO PROPS: Decorative accessories, styling items, and other props shown in listing photos are NOT included. You're purchasing the apparel only. The cute coffee cup, perfectly styled background, and accessories? Just there for the vibes.

• CUSTOM DESIGN APPROVAL: Please carefully review your mockup before approving it for printing. Double-check spelling, colors, names, and design details. Once you approve it, that's the design we'll use for production.
